LifeMinded Activities & Program Coordinator

 

Position Details

We are actively seeking a part time Activities & Program Coordinator for our community where we provide a warm and inviting space for residents and families. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about creating fun events and activities for residents and is a strong listener. In this role you will get the opportunity to be an integral part of the team that plans and executes events and programs for the community which supports whole body wellness. You must be someone who loves creating excitement in others, whether it is setting up a painting lesson or yoga at the park. This is the perfect role for someone who doesn’t want any two days to be the same working on various projects and can be endlessly creative. Previous experience with Desktop Publishing is also desired. You should be enthusiastic, motivational and extremely organized. Previous experience with event and activity coordination is required. This is a part time position to start (20-25 hours a week). There are opportunities for advancement. You should have some weekend availability, but all team members get two consecutive days off per week. Schedules are created monthly, so you will always know what your days off will be. Shifts start and end anywhere from 8am – 7pm so flexibility is required. A CDL license is also required so if you don’t have one you need to be willing to obtain one as you will be driving the residents to the various planned activities. Valid insurance and a clean driving record are required.
